Give a Hoot - Artisan/Vendor Booth Form

Date: Saturday, May 14, 2022

Event time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Set-up begins: 8:30 a.m.

Take down begins: 5:00 p.m.

Location: Parking lot of Mourning Glory, 915 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon. Note: the event will be held OUTSIDE with the option to move under shelter as a back-up.

If you have any questions or problems filling out this form, please email us at GiveAHoot@wrsos.org. Please note that due to limited space, we will reach out to you via email if your booth is approved and we will arrange payment for the $50 booth rental at that time.

Booth Requirements

I agree that my business will pay the $50 dollar booth rental fee (via cash, cheque, or e-transfer) by no later than May 1, 2022, if my booth is approved for the event. If I can no longer attend the event, I will provide WRSOS with at least 24 hours notice.
